This piece has a beach combing connection also. Again, I found a starfish and made a mold from it. It also has a more personal and emotional history. My late father, who was a woodworker, at my request and my design, made the wood block form that I used to shape this bowl. His legacy lives on through the many platters and bowls that have been made with these forms. ♥️
